Pamporovo is a perfect ski resort for beginners, there is a very good ski school, plenty of easy slopes and a well run lift system. Intermediate skiers will find Pamporovo a good ski resort to improve their skiing, there is 25kms of piste, many being pretty tree lined runs and the area is linked by a free shuttle bus service. Advanced skiers in Pamporovo should experience The Wall – a steep mogul field and there is also a Giant Slalom run. Pamporovo is a great resort in which to learn snowboarding.

Pamporovo is a relaxed and fun ski resort and the après ski is good value and quite lively. Most of the restaurants are cheap, serving good traditional food and many of the bars and clubs are in the hotels. Some of the hotels also have swimming pools and gyms; there is also bowling and skidoos in Pamporovo.
