Arinsal, in the duty free principality of Andorra in the Pyrenees, was established in the in the 1970's, and offers a good snow record, sunny days and great, value for money, apres ski. Arinsal is a very lively, compact resort, now linked to the ski area of neighbouring Pal by a recently opened gondola lift, and is particularly good for beginners and intermediates.
