"Have been twice to Whistler for the snowboarding which is excellent. I am an experienced boarder but my girlfiend had only tried it once so she had some lessons. Although when I saw how good the instructor was I decided to take an advance course myself! Fantastic views, great routes, brilliant apres ski - definately worth the visit."

"Even if you find you are awful at skiing, there is a lot to do. There are good walking trails and chances to try other sports. In the evening the place comes to life, which is excellent if you enjoy live music."
