Val d'Isere Things to do
Things to do in Val d’Isere
Apres Ski
The apres ski starts straight from the slopes in Val d’Isere and continues until approx 4am. It is not the cheapest resort in Europe (or even France) but many bars have similar prices to those in the UK and you'll have some memorable nights.
There are over 50 restaurants to choose from and scores of lively bars and clubs, there are plenty of very nice shops and the village has a 'buzzy feel' at all times of day and well in to the night.
Activities
Because Val d'Isere is so well established there are plenty of non-ski & Snow boarding activities that you can take part in including:
Husky sleighs
Snowshoe hiking
Ice climbing
Walks
Parasailing
Swimming pool
Val d'Isère ice rink
Sports hall
Weights room
Relaxation
If you've been skiing hard all day and need some relaxation time there's also quite a bit to do. There's plenty of opportunity to go for a massage or sauna and even yoga and pilates classes.
If you find shopping relaxing, many high end brands have shops here.
Considering the small population Val d'Isere even has it's own cinema.
