Sun Peaks Resort Facilities

The Sun Peaks Sports School offers a range of tuition programmes for adults and children, starting from half-day learn to ski or board afternoons, to special ladies days and instructor certification. Group lessons are offered every day of the week.

 

Childcare is offered in Sun Peaks for children aged 18 months to 5 years, and group lessons are available for ages 6-12. Private lessons are offered in the Sun Tots programme for ages 3-5. 

 

The village is home to various ski and equipment shops, clothes boutique, gift and souvenir shop, photographers, two wine shops, a supermarket and convenience store.

 

Sun Peaks features an extensive choice of places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, from casual cafes and coffeehouses, to grills, steakhouses and gourmet restaurants, all at varying prices.

 

The après-ski scene is relaxed and laid-back, with the handful of après-ski bars in the resort, and one club, having a casual friendly atmosphere. Families will enjoy the extensive Weekly Events programme, featuring plenty of child-friendly nights out.

 

Sun Peaks offers a good selection of accommodation, and ski and board rental, 5 cashpoints, a supermarket delivery service, internet cafes, a launderette and a shuttle service around the resort.

 

There is a health centre in the resort in the event of emergencies.
