Ski School 
The established ski school employs over 200 instructors, and offers a range of courses and clinics. Choose from first-timers packages, group lessons and private instruction in basic skiing and boarding, or techniques such as telemark or racing.
 
Childcare 
Cubs Day-care takes children aged 3 months - 3 years, with half-day and full-day options. Childcare with group lessons is offered for ages 3-14, and private babysitting is also available. Ski lessons are available for children aged 4-12, with snowboarding for ages 6-12.
 
Shopping 
Great choice in the 18th century town centre, with 100 shops selling everything from ski and sporting goods, clothing, art, antiques, arts and crafts and speciality regional foods.
 
Après Ski 
Nightlife can be found in the resort itself and the town, and the atmosphere is generally laid-back and casual in a choice of bars, pubs and inns. There are 2 nightclubs in Stowe. 
 
Dining 
The resort has a great reputation for eating out, and over 50 restaurants offer plenty of options for diners. Choose from breweries, bistros and cafes, to sushi bars and trattorias, with restaurants to suit all budgets. 
 
Town Services 
Stowe has 5 banks, public library, post office, 4 supermarkets/grocers, an internet cafe and petrol stations. The Stowe Trolley is a free service that takes visitors around the town.
 
Medical Facilities 
Include local doctors and chemists, and hospitals in Morrisville and Waterbury, 9 miles and 16 miles respectively.
