Skiing in Soll Soll is the most popular ski resort with English skiers in the Ski Welt area of Austria; it is situated at 700m at the foot of the Hohe Salve mountain. Soll is quite a small, charming ski resort with pedestrianised streets, lined with shops, restaurants and bars. The choice of skiing around Soll is vast as it is part of the 250kms of the Ski Welt area, the local ski area is 1km from the ski resort serviced by the ski bus. Soll is a good value ski resort for mixed ability skiers and has a lively après ski.

Soll skiing holidays There is a good ski school in Soll and nursery slopes right by the village, also there are easy, gentle slopes up on the Hohe Salve mountain. Intermediates have a huge choice of runs around Soll; there is 250kms of skiing linked by over 90 lifts on the Ski Welt lift pass. There is not a huge amount of challenging runs for expert skiers in Soll but there are some off piste opportunities around Ski Welt. Snowboarders should enjoy the terrain around Soll and there is a fun park, terrain park and half pipe in Ski Welt. Also there is 170kms of cross country skiing trails.
Apres ski in Soll The après ski in Soll is fun and lively, starting early and often ending late, there are approx 50 restaurants to choose from, most offering great value for money, plenty of bars and a couple of clubs. Soll has plenty to offer including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ice skating, tobogganing, sleigh rides, curling and night skiing.
