Seefeld Resort Facilities
Ski Schools
The resort's ski school employs over 100 instructors, and offers a range of both group and private lessons. There are learn-to-ski and snowboard packages, as well as tuition in cross-country, carving, telemark and ski touring.
Childcare
Seefeld has a kid's club for ages 18-months - 8 years, providing non-skiing childcare. Ski lessons are available for children aged 3 and up, with a special tots programme for under-5's, and group lessons for those aged 3 - 15.
Shopping
The pedestrianised resort centre is home to a choice of 80 shops, from ski and sports shops, to charming souvenir and gift shops and upmarket boutiques. The busy city of Innsbruck offers a much wider selection, and visitors can make day trips to the Swarovski crystal factory in Wattens.
Dining
Known for its excellent dining, a ski holiday in Seefeld has a choice of 36 restaurants in and around the resort, mainly serving traditional Austrian fare with lots of Tyrolean specialities, but also offering international food, as well as fast food too.
Après-Ski
Seefeld has 11 bars, one nightclub and a casino, with the après-ski generally being relaxed and fairly sophisticated, including live music and cocktail bars.
Town Services
The town is easy to get around and served by a free ski bus, with facilities such as 6 supermarkets, 4 banks, a post office, a Tourist Office, an internet cafe and a library.
Medical Facilities
Seefeld has a choice of doctors and chemists in the resort.
