The ski schools at Schladming offer skiing and snowboarding instruction for all ability levels. Group or individual tuition is available from experienced, English-speaking instructors. The Tritscher Ski School and the Hochwurzen-Planai Ski School at Schladming are particularly good.

 

As well as ski and snowboard lessons, Schladming can also offer excellent childcare. Parents who need an occasional break can leave their children in the hands of trained childcare professionals. The creche and babysitting services available at most Schladming hotels are excellent, and private nannies and babysitters can also be found at the resort.

There is something to suit all budgets. At Christmas the shopping area in the town is lit up entirely by candles, creating an atmosphere you and the children will find magical.
