Ski School
Pamporovo’s' ski school has an extremely good reputation and is regarded as the best in Bulgaria. Lessons are available in English, and there are over 100 qualified instructors on hand.

Children
The ski kindergarten takes children between the ages of 5 and 8 and offers half and full day packages, with the ski school offering lessons for children aged 8 and up.

Restaurants
There are nine mountain restaurants and cafes up on the slopes, and both international and traditional Bulgarian food can be found throughout the town. Choices range from hotel restaurants to cosy folk taverns, serving a range of simple home-cooked specialities and casual pub food.

Apres-ski
The atmosphere in the resort is friendly, laid-back and quite lively, with the après-ski featuring everything from cocktail bars to karaoke nights in the pubs, as well as local taverns offering quiet drinks by the fire. Many of the more popular bars are found in the hotels, and there is a choice of discos.  

Shopping
Pamporovo is home to just a small choice of shops, mainly found in the two shopping complexes, selling mainly skiwear, skiing equipment and souvenirs. A 24-hour supermarket can be found in town.
 
Medical facilities
There is a mountain rescue service in Pamporovo, as well as a clinic staffed by a doctor and nurse. The town has a pharmacy, and 2 hospitals are close by.
