Les Gets Resort Facilities

Les Gets has 4 ski schools, including the French ESF and a couple of British schools, all with a high standard of tuition and English speaking instructors. 

 

Les Fripouilles offer childcare for ages 6 months to 4 years, and Cheeky Monkeys Childcare have nannies and a babysitting service available. Ski lessons are offered for children aged 3 and up.

 

Shops line the villages' main street, and sell goods including ski wear and sporting equipment, clothes, books and gifts, as well as local produce and regional food, such as chocolate, cheese, breads and meats. There is also a traditional outdoor market each week.

 

The village has a good choice of over 30 restaurants, including more than a dozen slopeside eateries, ranging from take-aways and pizzerias, to creperies and cosy bistros.

 

Not for the party-animals, Les Gets has a collection of 5 bars and one disco, offering a relaxed village après-ski scene.

 

These include a supermarket, newsagents, hairdressers, library, Tourist Office, town hall, petrol stations, 3 banks and an internet cafe.

Les Gets has a medical centre and a chemist, and there is a hospital nearby.
