Family-run with traditional French charm, the Hotel Richemond offers comfortable accommodation and provides an affordable base whilst in Chamonix. Cosy and conveniently located, this established hotel has plenty of local character, and boasts excellent access to the slopes of this world-class ski resort.

 

The hotel sits right in the centre of the resort, on the main pedestrian high street, and is ideally situated for the slopes, located just 300m from the nearest lifts. It is a 10-minute walk to the Aiguille du Midi gondola station, with a ski bus also stopping outside and transporting skiers to the lifts.

 

Being run by the same family for generations, the historic Hotel Richemond exudes a welcoming atmosphere, and displays a quaint old-world charm, with its 1930's-style facade, shuttered windows and original features. Balconies facing Mont Blanc ensure guest can enjoy stunning mountain views from the hotel.

 

The hotel has 53 rooms over 5 floors, served by a lift, which include twin and double-bedded rooms, each with private bathroom, satellite TV and telephone. Single rooms are available at a supplement, and cots can be rented for a daily fee. Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm.

 

Facilities include a restaurant, bar/lounge, a games room with billiards and a fireplace in the reception area. There's also ski storage in the basement, a 24-hour front desk, and complimentary guest parking. 

 

Guests stay on a bed and breakfast board, with a continental buffet breakfast served each morning.
