Grand Serre Che Things To Do
Things To Do
This friendly and traditional ski area in the southern Alps is a favourite with families, thanks to quiet unspoilt charm, and also offers a great choice of things to do - both on the slopes, and in and around the different villages. The whole valley has a rustic character and is a delight to explore, in particular the historic town of Briancon, with its 17th-century fortified old town - now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Dining
Dining is generally good-value in all the villages, and typically French with a little Italian influence, with specialities of the area including raclette, fondue and crepes.
Apres-Ski
Apres-ski is relaxed and an informal affair, focusing on the various bars and taverns, with a few lively venues featuring happy hours and late-night bands, and a couple of karaoke lounges. Cinemas, a theatre and a casino also offer the chance for evening entertainment.
