The small and picturesque Galtur lies in the Paznaun Valley, on the Austrian-Swiss border, and is the highest village in the Silvretta ski area. Just 10km away from its more famous neighbour and renowned party spot, Ischgl, the resort offers a quiet family-friendly base, with excellent skiing for intermediates, as well as first-class terrain for cross-country and ski touring.
