Fulpmes Snow conditions
Snow conditions in Fulpmes - Snow-sure resort, sunny slopes
Located in the Stubai Valley in the Tyrol region of Austria, the resort of Fulpmes is the closest ski area to Innsbruck, just 20km away. Together with Neustift, Igls and Tulfes, the resort makes up part of the Stubai SuperSki area, which is accessible on one lift ticket, and offers a range of terrain. Fulpmes' sheltered location and high-altitude makes it a sunny and snow-sure resort, and the resorts' close proximity to the Stubai Glacier helps to guarantee plenty of snow.
Fulpmes snow conditions - Great local area for beginners, varied terrain
Fulpmes itself offers a small and compact ski area, the Schlick 2000, which lies just above the village, and consists of 20km of runs. An ideal area for beginners, the gentle nursery slopes are convenient and there's good access to the more challenging terrain. Intermediates will enjoy many blues and reds leading back down through the trees, with plenty of long cruising runs. Advanced skiers have a great deal of off-piste to explore (with a guide) or should head to the glacier for more challenges, including a 1,500m vertical.
Snow conditions in Fulpmes - Glacier skiing, high-altitude slopes

The natural snow is supplemented by a modern snowmaking system consisting of 8 snow cannons.
