The choice of skiing in Flaine

Flaine has a good choice of skiing for all levels of skiers; the lift pass covers the Grand Massif ski area. It is good for beginners and families, the nursery slopes are located close to the centre of the village. There are plenty of blue and red runs including the 14km Cascade run and some pretty tree lined runs down to the lower resorts. There are not too many black runs in the Grand Massif ski area but there is the off piste challenge of the Combe de Gers.  Snowboarders in Flaine have a large board park with a half pipe and a cross–country course.
