First Choice Ski is a brand of First Choice Holidays. First Choice Ski offer a number of different ski holiday packages including family skiing holidays, kids club skiing holidays, Santa holidays, skiing for beginners packages and ski chalet holidays. Destinations offered by First Choice Ski include Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Lapland, Slovenia and Switzerland.

TUI Travel - First Choice & TUI 2007 merger
First Choice Holidays and German company TUI Travel have joined forces in a merger designed to combat the fall in sales which has resulted from the demise of the traditional package holiday. The merger has created a new company which will be known as TUI Travel and will be based in London. The two travel industry giants confirm they will save around £100 million a year through the link-up, which is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2007 and create anticipated revenue for TUI Travel of more than £12 billion a year. TUI Travel, which operates Thomson Holidays, already employs around 8,000 British staff, from a total of approximately 730 branches nationwide. In a joint statement, TUI Travel and First Choice admitted the reason behind the proposed merger is a change in travel tastes as consumers demand flexibility and choice, seek new life experiences and look to access travel content through a number of points of sale, most notably the internet. The merger is not expected to affect the future of First Choice Ski.
