Q: How do I pay by phone?
A: We are pleased to be able to accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. Delta, Switch/Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are all currently accepted.
We do not charge fees to our customers using debit cards to book new holidays with us. Credit cards will incur a fee based on 2.5% of the holiday value.
Debit cards = no fee on new bookings
Credit cards = 2.5%
Paypal = 1.99% (via website only)
Debit cards issued outside of the UK will be processed as credit cards, and subject to our credit card charge. Your bank or card issuer may also apply a foreign transaction fee. Cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks.
Bookings made by email or telephone with our travel consultants require full payment at the time of booking for skiing holidays departing within 12 weeks. If you make your booking more than 12 weeks prior to your departure date you will be required to pay a deposit. Cleared funds of the full payment of the remaining balance will be required 12 weeks before departure at the latest.
