Q: If my baggage is stolen, lost or damaged, what will happen?
A: If your bag does get stolen, lost or damaged you must report it to the airline's handling agent at your arrival airport. You will have to complete a form saying what happened. If you need to claim for damaged or lost luggage, you will need to send a copy of the form to your travel insurance company within 21 days of the receipt of your baggage.
