Town Centre and Surrounding Area
Courmayeur's town centre is pedestrianised, with its cobbled streets and medieval centre offering an attractive base for skiing, shopping, dining and people-watching. The Aosta Valley is a charmingly scenic region, with plenty of historic mountain villages to visit, and medieval castles dotting the area. Day trips include Turin, Geneva and Milan.

Dining
Dining is one of the main attractions in Courmayeur, with a huge choice of restaurants to suit all visitors, and plenty of on-mountain venues with spectacular views. Specialities of the area include polenta, fontina cheese, wild mushrooms and cured meats, as well as famous regional wines.

Apres-Ski
Apres-ski entertainment is varied, with the stylish bars, cocktail lounges and casino (in St. Vincent) appealing to the jet-set crowd, but the town also home to cosy local bars and quiet traditional cafes.
