Cortina is known for its varied skiing, and the resorts three major ski areas offer excellent terrain, particularly for intermediates. Part of the Dolomiti SuperSki area, skiing in Cortina boasts access to 1,200km of slopes and 12 ski resorts, and plenty of high-altitude pistes over 2,500m.
