Trips to Zermatt make for an interesting day out with great shopping, whislt excursions or city breaks to Milan and Venice are possible from Cervinia.
Dining Cervinia skiing is home to some wonderful restaurants and trattorias, serving classic Italian food and regional specialities as speck (smoked ham) and polenta, washed down with local drinks such as grappa and genepi. Some of the most popular restaurants are located up on the mountains, and offer a great rustic experience in a cosy setting. Prices are generally very reasonable and the standard of dining is excellent.
Apres-ski The apres-ski in Cervinia is relaxed and easygoing but livens up at the weekends, when the popular bars in town get very busy. Most of the bars are close together and have decent happy hours, and the handful of clubs and discos are open late into the night.
