Ski School
Canazei has 2 schools, one very established with 100 instructors, offering tuition in everything from learn-to-ski packages to freestyle techniques, and the other specialising in snowboarding. English is not always spoken, however, so check before you book.
Children
At the ski school, the creche takes babies from 18 months and up to 12, and they offer a range of childrens' individual and group lessons. A funpark in the centre of town is open for tubing and sledging.
Shopping
There are about 20 shops in Canazei, selling ski and sporting equipment as well as a good range of items, from jewellery to speciality foods.
Dining
A choice of 10 restaurants including traditional Italian trattorias and pizzerias, with some of the best places found in the resorts hotels.
Après-Ski
The après-ski scene features 8 bars, and includes pubs and piano bars, as well as 2 nightclubs.
Town Services
Canazei offers 3 banks, 2 supermarkets, an internet cafe, tourist office, post office, hairdressers and a petrol station.
Medical Facilities
There is a doctor and chemist in town.
