"Booking was simple and straightforward; the site is very easy to use. The ski holiday went without a hitch: Flights were good although the in-flight meal was the worst I've ever had! The hotel was great and the range and quality of the food on offer (half board) was fantastic - really faultless. Despite what others have said about Bulgaria and The Iglika Palace hotel in particular, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful at all times."
