Brides les Bains is a major centre for health, wellness and weight loss, and one of the towns' biggest attractions is its thermal spa centre, the largest in the French Alps. An ideal place to visit after a hard days' skiing. The town centre is built in traditional Savoyard style, and boasts a cosy atmosphere with plenty of alpine charm. All of the resorts in the Three Valleys can be visited from Brides les Bains, accessed by the Olympe Gondola which travels up to Meribel in just 25 minutes. 

Non-skiers can take in the stunning views of the Mont Blanc on the cable-car, and enjoy a leisurely meal in one of the mountain restaurants.  

 

Nightlife is quiet here, but there is entertainment in the form of regular events such as karaoke, quizzes, live concerts and pool tournaments. Brides les Bains is also home to the only casino in the Three Valleys.  The food here is mainly traditional mountain fare, and offers good value for money compared to the more pricey resorts nearby. Try specialities such as fondues, raclette and tartiflette.
