Nightlife in Borovets is lively and varied, and includes local ski lodges and traditional taverns, as well as the usual pubs, karaoke bars and clubs. The apres-ski scene is relaxed and laid-back, with very low drink prices.

Bulgarian folklore evenings showcase the country’s' culture and heritage, and give visitors the opportunity to indulge in some of the regional specialities and local wines. Visit the towns' 'mehanas' (taverns) to enjoy the floorshows performed by dancers in national costume, and enjoy a unique night out. The area is packed with options for interesting day trips, including the famous Rila Monastery, the old town of Plovdiv and the city of Sofia for sightseeing and shopping.
