Bled Snow Condtions - All of the resorts' slopes covered by snowmaking
Upper slope averages in the resort have been mixed in recent years, ranging from just a few centimeters up to 275cm during the peak season. As the natural snow can be variable due to the low altitude, the resort has installed extensive snowmaking so the slopes are always open. All 3 of the slopes in Bled are covered by 17 snow cannons, which augment the natural snow and enable skiing all season long. Temperatures are not too cold in Bled, with the Julian Alps serving to protect the region from cold northerly winds coming off the Adriatic Sea, and the resort sees an average winter temperature of -2C.
