Skiing in Belle Plagne
Belle Plagne, the newest of all the high-altitude villages that make up the resort, is one of the most popular places to stay whilst skiing in the large purpose built ski resort of La Plagne. Built at an altitude of 2,050m, Belle Plagne is one of the more attractive villages, with chalets reflecting the local Savoyard style, and offers smaller more authentic hotels and apartments, a selection of bars and restaurants and a covered shopping arcade within its’ pedestrian centre – all contributing to the more cosy traditional village atmosphere.
