Ski School 
With instruction in a huge number of languages, the ski school is highly rated and offers everything from first-time packages to women’s' only clinics. Due to the upmarket clientele, private lessons are very popular here.
 
Childcare And Families 
One of the best US resorts for children’s' facilities, Beaver Creek offers a range of facilities for families. A Small World Play Area takes babies from as young as 2 months, and children up to 6. Lessons are available for ages 3 and up, and the resort offers an extensive range of programmes for all different ages, including teenagers. Babysitting is also available, and there are plenty of organised family events.   
 
Shopping 
Quality shopping in the pedestrian areas, with around 40 shops selling a range of goods including skiwear, sports equipment, designer clothing, shoes, furs, gifts, cosmetics, jewellery, gourmet foodstuff, wines, spirits and cigars.
 
Dining 
Internationally acclaimed resort with a range of dining options - from more casual grills and taverns to upscale French cuisine and gourmet on-mountain dining. A choice of 6 mountain restaurants and 16 in the village.

Après Ski
 
The resort has around 7 places for an end-of-day drink, including a friendly Mexican cantina, a martini bar and a local saloon. There is occasional live music, but no late-night clubs or discos. 
 
Town Services 
The resort is made up of 3 villages - Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead and the main centre, Beaver Creek Village, which is the central complex and is linked by heated walkways and escalators. Services include a launderette, post office and a bank with cash point, with the luxury hotels offering plenty of convenient services for guests.
 
Medical Facilities 
Doctors and chemists are located in both Edwards and Vail.
