Ski School
Lessons are available on all four of Aspens' mountains, and the Ski & Snowboard School offers a range of tuition, from first-time lessons to speciality skills workshops. Each lesson is 100% guaranteed by the school, which offers refunds or replacement lessons if skiers are not satisfied. 

Childcare
Children’s' lessons are available for ages 3-12, (must be 8 to snowboard) with a unique teen programmed for 13-17 year olds.  Aspen offers childcare for children aged 8 weeks - 4 years old, with a range of indoor and outdoor activities, and a private babysitting service, as well as baby equipment rental, is available.

Shopping
Aspen is a shopper’s paradise, with the streets packed with stores selling everything from skiwear, sports equipment, designer clothing and luxury goods to famous brand names, souvenirs, books and local crafts.
 
Dining
Over 100 restaurants offer a diverse and highly-regarded dining scene, featuring award-winning chefs, landmark cabins, and cosy Western mountain ranches. For more reasonably-priced dining, the region is home to a range of casual bars, cafes, pizzerias and ethnic eateries. 

Après-ski
More than 100 bars in the Aspen/Snowmass area offer a varied choice of entertainment, ranging from pool houses, country saloons and crowded live music venues to upscale jazz clubs, cigar bars, exclusive hotel lounges, and cosmopolitan nightclubs. 

Entertainment
Features cinema, local theatre, ballet and opera, as well as various cultural events and festivals throughout the year.

A compact town with plenty of shops and services, Aspen is also home to 8 banks, 4 pharmacies, 3 supermarkets and a number of gourmet food stores.  

Medical facilities
Medical facilities are extensive in Aspen, with a choice of doctors and local clinics, as well as a hospital with an Emergency Department and trauma centre.
