Arc 2000 Things To Do
The village of Arc 2000 is the highest in the resort, and offers a compact pedestrian centre, ideal for those wanting convenient ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. The village is self-contained, but has easy access to the other centres - Arc 1600, Arc 1800 and Arc 1950.

The Resort Club at Arc 1950 organises entertainment such as firework displays, live music, wine tastings and horse-drawn skiing trips. There are ice caves at the top of the Transarc Gondola to visit. The village has been designed in a traditional Savoyard-style and has a pedestrian centre, with easy access to Arc 1950 by gondola (until 9pm). The centres of Arc 1600 and Arc 1800 can be reached by shuttle bus. Bourg St. Maurice, the charming and traditional town lower down the valley, boasts excellent shopping and has a traditional Saturday market. There's also a public swimming pool for visitors to use.
Dining
With a selection of on-mountain restaurants, dining in Arc 2000 offers both good French food and stunning mountain views. The village also is home to traditional Savoyarde restaurants, as well as serving eclectic Asian, Italian and Mexican fare.
Après-Ski
The atmosphere in Arc 2000 is relaxed, with a handful of bars, some offering live music and a nightclub. Visitors do have access to the busier Arc 1800, which is the main village of Les Arcs, with a larger choice of après-ski and entertainment options.
