Arc 2000 Resort Facilities

Arc 2000 has an ESF ski school with 130 instructors and mountain guides, offering both group and private ski and snowboarding lessons, for all ages and levels. Additional courses and programmes are available in specific skills and disciplines.

 

The nursery at Arc 2000 takes children aged 18-months to 6 years old, with ski lessons for ages 3 and up, and lunchtime babysitting services offered. The entire Les Arcs resort has been awarded the 'Famille Plus’ label, which guarantees high standards of accommodation, and quality facilities and activities for families and children.

 

Arc 2000 has 30 shops, mainly selling skiwear and sports clothing, as well as a photography shop, 2 grocers and a supermarket.

 

There are 8 restaurants and cafes in the village and on the mountain, serving mainly local Savoyard dishes, and offering spectacular views.

 

There is a quiet après-ski scene at Arc 2000 with just 5 bars, some offering live music, and a nightclub.

 

Arc 2000 is mainly comprised of hotels and apartments, but the village does have a

bank with a cash point, post office, tourist office, police station, launderette and internet cafe. The resort is linked to Arc 1950 by gondola, and there is a shuttle bus that goes to the lower villages.
