Arc 1800 is the main village in the whole Les Arcs region, and boasts the most facilities an amenities, with lively bars and restaurants, and a range of on and off-the-slope entertainment options and activities.

The car-free village is home to a good choice of shops and accommodation, with Arc 1800 being fairly cosmopolitan, but with a lively welcoming atmosphere. All of the other villages that make up Les Arcs are accessible, with the charming town of Bourg St. Maurice, located lower down the valley, offering local shopping and a weekly market, as well as a public swimming pool.
Dining
Arc 1800 offers diners the most choice in the resort, with a wide selection of restaurants offering mainly traditional French fare, and plenty of hearty Alpine specialities. Choose from rustic chalets and casual pizzerias to elegant hotel dining.
Après-Ski
Most skiers head to the village of Arc 1800 when the lifts close, as it has the best choice of bars and a party-like atmosphere, offering live music, karaoke, happy hours, pool tables and televised sports. For a quieter drink, head to one of the bars on the mountain or take the shuttle bus to one of the other village centres.
